Bluefin Tuna Trips

When it comes to bluefin tuna fishing, we offer two different types of trips.

Commercial Bluefin Tuna Trip

On our commercial trips, we target giant bluefin tuna over 73 inches that can be legally sold at market. These fish are truly a once-in-a-lifetime catch—the kind of battle every angler dreams of.

These trips are only available on specific days of the week—contact your captain for the current schedule, as these days can change each year.

Your group will receive 10% of the tuna’s market sale value, or you can choose to have the tail taxidermized. If you opt for taxidermy, we’ll handle the entire process and have it shipped to your home the following spring.

Recreational Bluefin Tuna Trip

Our recreational trips target smaller bluefin tuna between 45 and 73 inches. Unlike commercial trips, these trips are available seven days a week, giving you more flexibility to get out on the water when it works best for you.

If a tuna over 73 inches is caught on a recreational trip, it will be safely released in accordance with federal regulations. After the trip, your fish will be processed right at the dock so you can take it home and enjoy some of the freshest tuna around.

These fish typically range from 50 to 70 inches, and all tuna trips are equipped with 130-size reels for maximum performance.

Our trips book up well in advance, so be sure to reserve your spot today. When booking, you will need to pay half the amount up front, with the remainder due at the time of your trip. Our full-day giant bluefin tuna or shark fishing charters is perfect for a day out with friends.

Our bluefin tuna or shark fishing trips include rods, reels, tackle, saltwater fishing license.  If any equipment is damaged by negligence, the customer will be responsible for replacements. Grautuities are always appreciated.
